1 Blik gewone of karamel kondensmelk
1 Pak Marie Biskuitjies, baie fyn gemaak
1 Koppie fyn klapper
Metode:
Meng baie goed tot ‘n stywe beslag.
Rol bolletjies so groot soos verlang en rol dan weer in klapper.
Pak op waspapier.

LUNCH BOX YUMMIES
6 cups Honey Nut Cheerios cereal
1 bag (440gr) vanilla caramels, unwrapped
3 tablespoons water
2 cups miniature marshmallows
½ cup semisweet or
milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon margarine
¼ cup miniature candy-coated
semisweet chocolate baking bits
Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with
cooking spray.
Place cereal in large bowl; set aside.
In medium microwavable bowl, microwave unwrapped caramels and water uncovered
on High 2 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is smooth.
Remove from microwave.
Pour caramel mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until cereal is evenly coated.
Gently stir in marshmallows. Pour cereal mixture into pan.
With buttered back of spoon,
Press mixture in pan until even.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and shortening uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after
each minute, until mixture is smooth.
Drizzle chocolate over top of cereal mixture.
Sprinkle baking bits evenly over chocolate.
Refrigerate until mixture is firm and glaze is set, about 1 hour.
With table knife, cut cereal mixture into 9 rows by 4 rows to make 36 bars.
Store in loosely covered container.

CHOCOLATE SQUARES BY NINA TIMM
Chocolate Squares
Ingredients
500gr butter
1kg icing sugar
1 cup good quality cocoa
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 packets Marie Biscuits broken into pieces
Melt the butter in a big pot. When completely melted take the pot off the
heat and add icing sugar and cocoa and mix well. Now stir in the beaten egg
mixture and mix until smooth. Add the biscuits and fold it in until all the
biscuits are covered with chocolate. Pour out into a pan and flatten the mixture
with a spatula. When it has cooled down, cut into squares and keep in an
airtight container. Delicious with a glass of chocolate milk!

HARTJIE KOLWYNTJIES
Bak gewone kolwyntjies, maar sit 'n albaster saam met jou cupcake holder in die pan om die hartjie te vorm. Sodoende versier jy pragtige hartjies en die kinders sal gek wees daaroor!
VRUGTE STOKKIES
Druk pynappel met 'n koekie drukker uit en gebruik dan spanspek as die binnekant van jou blommetjies. Druk ook hartjies uit. Gebruik stewige sosatie stokkies wat jy in die middel deur sny! Sit ook aarbeie op stokkies, ryg druiwe op 'n stokkie ...die idees is oneindig!
Dis gesond en as dit warm is sal die kinders dit so geniet!

Sny piesangs in die helfte en maak 'n lekker sjokolade sous!
Doop die piesangs wat op 'n roomys stokkie of sosatie stokkie is daarin, strooi versierings op rol in klapper as jy lus het of neuter en laat afkoel! Bedek net die hele piesang dat dit nie verbruin nie!

SJOKOLADE LEPELTJIES SAAM MET ROOMYS BAKKIES
Vat 'n 5 liter roomys en koop mooi vrolike papier glasies!
Maak dan lepels vol sjokolade sous (wat jy gesmelt het en weer hard word na jy dit in die lepeltjies gegooi het) versier vining voor dit hard word!

SPICY-CRISPY BAKED CHICKPEAS

Spicy and crunchy chickpeas are very easy to make, you can make them in just 10 min.
Boil chickpeas and freeze them when needed just microwave them, add spices and bake your crispy n spicy snack is ready
Chickpeas as needed
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Crushed red chillies to taste
Chat masala to taste
Oil just to grease tray
Preheat oven to 180°C
Boil chickpeas and drain water now with paper towel pat dry them
On baking tray spray oil and spread chickpeas, sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli and chat masala
Toss them so that all spices coat on chickpeas evenly
Bake till chickpeas become brown n crispy
