Ingredients
•250g smooth plain creamed cottage cheese
•125ml mayonnaise
•100ml cream
•60g walnuts
•15ml garlic, minced
•7.5ml dried oregano
Instructions
1.Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

SWEET CHILLI SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
2 cayenne chilies
2 birds eye chilies
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup rice wine or white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Puree the chilies and garlic in a food processor.
2. Bring the water, vinegar, sugar, salt, chilies and garlic to a boil and simmer for the chilies and garlic begin to get tender, about 3 minutes.
3. Mix the cornstarch into the water, mix it into the sauce and heat until the sauce thickens, about a minute.
4. Let cool and enjoy.

1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 teaspoons ginger, grated

Simmer everything in a sauce pan over medium heat until the peanut butter has meted in and let cool

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream or mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup fresh, pickled or roasted jalapenos
1 clove garlic
1 green onion
1 tablespoon cilantro
2 tablespoons bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Puree everything in a food processor and optionally let sit in the fridge for a few hours.
TIP: Add the jalapenos a bit at a time to get the heat level to where you want it.

Plenty of garlic, dill and other spices makes this a memorable Flavourful ranch
dressing. Just thin enough to pour smoothly, without becoming too liquid or
watered down: the creaminess of the dressing is well balanced by the tang of the
fresh lemon.
Yield: about 1 ½ cups
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk
3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper
freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste, approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste
METHOD:
Whisk together the mayo, sour cream and milk until smooth.
Add the spices and whisk until combined. Add the lemon and whisk again.
Pour into a jar and chill in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!

• 6 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup vinegar
Instructions
1 Blend the egg yolks, salt, sugar and 2 cups of vinegar in a mixer.
2 Slowly add 1 cup of the oil, a few drops at a time while mixing thoroughly. Add the remaining oil little faster, but be sure to continue to blend. Add 4 tablespoons of the vinegar.

4 Pour into a container and cool in the refrigerator.
